Meet Ash
Ash Flower | Founder
Ash is the founder of The Virtual Assistant Co. She focuses on serving in key operational roles for her longtime clients, and building TVAC's VA development program.
She began her career in management, consulting and marketing, where she focused primarily within the hospitality space. In 2011 she transitioned to an operational role at an Atlanta-based private equity firm. It was during this period that she developed a passion for working with entrepreneurs and a love of learning the nuances of many different industries; which served as the guiding force behind founding The Virtual Assistant Co. in 2014.
She resides in Richmond, VA.
